New Pro-X Track Mats

The large format follows the substrate and ensures optimal pressure distribution and load spreading. As a result, they can be laid directly on any subsoil without tillage. Flora and fauna are therefore optimally preserved. The sturdy, 46 mm thick Pro-X Track mats are ideal solutions for creating extra-wide temporary access roads. Our ground protection mats have the standard dimensions of 2.5 x 3.0 meters and are designed to support wheeled and tracked equipment up to 150 tons. The nearly 5cm thick mats with solid core are flexible and will conform to the ground when loaded, yet are strong enough not to crack, break or collapse.

Installation is quick and easy. Place the one-piece mats against each other or connect them for uneven or sloping terrain using the spring steel connection system.

Pro-X Track mats work in all weather conditions to keep the job going. Made from Recycled or virgin HDPE material, the mats will not rot, splinter, degrade, or absorb water, eliminating the threat of contamination across the site.
