During events, because it is an inexpensive solution. Thereby, it has that attractive look that many are looking for. However, the inconveniences of a wooden floor are numerous: a short lifespan, unworkable by vehicles such as forklifts and vans, and the floorboards are uneven and unstable, thus a danger to pedestrians. Wood is also difficult to clean and therefore unhygienic: greases, acids and excrement, after all, soak into the grain.
Synthetic floors have many more advantages
On the other hand, I counter the advantages of plastic flooring: a stable, safe solution for pedestrians and vehicles, a long service life and easy to clean. And mold and bacteria do not migrate into the material. Moreover, a plastic floor can also be used indoors and is suitable for private use, in gardens, on balconies or camping, for example.

So ... how do we make it cozy with plastic flooring?
In mold labeling is the solution!
So what did we do? We developed a new mold that allows us to apply IML during the production process. In other words, during the injection molding process, the foil with wood design is pulled over the hexagonal tile, causing them to melt together, so to speak. Good adhesion is guaranteed and scratch resistance is also optimal with this.
